Q - If we're both a Sub and a Member do we get double benefits?
A - For CERTAIN things. If you're a Twitch sub and become a member you can absolute add 2 songs per month to the community playlists. You MIGHT also get more giveaway tickets for being both. The merch discount does NOT double.Q - Can we still use channel points to get Empire Elite helmets and Sound Commands?
A - Absolutely, that will not change and is not EXCLUSIVE to paid supporters, you can still watch the twitch stream to earn these benefits as well. HOWEVER, Helmets for high level Subs or Members will get special additions to their helmets and a special section on the website.Q - If I lower my tier of sub or member or cancel does my helmet go away? Will I lose my sound command.
A - NO, you will not lose your sound command or helmet by cancelling either subs or memberships. However, it may be moved lower down the list to prioritize those who are currently paying supporters of either channel.Q - If I change my name on youtube will it also change at the end of videos as a member?
A - Chances are no, unless you ask me in discord (NOT stream). The screen at the end of videos is manually updated by me, unlike the end credits on twitch. That takes time, so either keep your name the same or remind me in discord (NOT DM)Q - If I gift 20+ subs again do I get another helmet or sound command?
A - You get another sound but NOT another Helmet. Everyone can only have ONE Elite Helmet.
Q - I gifted 5 subs/memberships just before stream or just when stream ended, what do I get?
A - A "Thank You"Q - Why can't I win back to back gift cards for the same reward?
A - Some folks dominate categories pretty hard, so we wanna give other folks a CHANCE to win any given season. You can still have the most points or check-ins but the award will go to someone who hasn't won recently. Gotta give new Spartans a shot.Q - I have a suggestion for a sub/member benefit or reward, where can I put it?
